Mendez Roofing LLC is a fully insured roofing contractor providing roofing installation, roof replacement, repairs, inspections, maintenance, and related exterior construction services for residential and commercial properties.

All estimates and proposals provided by Mendez Roofing LLC are based on information available at the time of inspection and are subject to change if unforeseen conditions are discovered.

Any additional work requested by the customer or required due to unforeseen circumstances may result in additional charges and may require a written change order.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

For certain projects, Mendez Roofing LLC may require a deposit before materials are ordered or work is scheduled. In such cases, up to fifty percent (50%) of the total project cost may be required as a deposit, and a signed contract must be executed before work begins.

The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of services, collection efforts, legal action, and recovery of any costs associated with collecting unpaid balances as permitted by law.

Project schedules are estimates only and may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, labor shortages, permit processing times, unforeseen site conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Mendez Roofing LLC shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

Customers agree to:

• Provide reasonable access to the property and work areas.
• Remove or secure valuable items that may be affected by construction activities.
• Inform Mendez Roofing LLC of any known property conditions that may affect the project.
• Obtain any required approvals from homeowner associations or other governing entities when applicable.

Mendez Roofing LLC is fully insured and maintains appropriate insurance coverage for its roofing and construction operations.

Proof of insurance may be provided upon request. While every reasonable effort is made to protect customers' property during the course of a project, customers acknowledge that roofing and construction work may involve inherent risks and temporary disruptions associated with the services being performed.

Any workmanship warranty offered by Mendez Roofing LLC will be provided in writing and will be subject to the terms outlined in the applicable warranty documentation.

Manufacturer warranties on roofing materials are separate from workmanship warranties and are governed solely by the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.

Warranty coverage may be void if repairs, alterations, or modifications are performed by parties other than Mendez Roofing LLC without prior authorization.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mendez Roofing LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of services provided shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
